Acrobatic construction has launched a 10 million euro bond. The issuance falls under the program of basketball bond promoted in partnership with Elite, the international platform of the London Stock Exchange. The new bond will be fully subscribed by Intesa Sanpaolo.
The company explains in a note that the objective of the operation is to "strengthen the development" of the company, aiming "especially abroad".
Richard Iovino, founder and CEO of Ediliziacrobatica, underlines that the new bond subscribed by Intesa Sanpaolo "constitutes an essential part of the growth path for the next five years", which foresees "the opening of many dozens of operating offices in order to guarantee coverage capillary of our service for all condominiums present on the Italian territory". At the same time, EdiliziAcrobatica is "carrying out a digitization operation of business processes aimed at quickly and efficiently exporting the Italian business model to all European countries".
Teresio Testa – Piedmont, Valle d'Aosta and Liguria regional director of Intesa Sanpaolo – points out instead that the operation with Ediliziacrobatica "is an excellent visiting card for the company and for the potential that the territory can express, especially in times governed by the economic emergency. It means that in our country there are businesses able to grow and be appreciated abroad as well. EdiliziAcrobatica is among other things the first Ligurian company to access a basket bond, a financially very innovative instrument, which we offer to the most solid companies outside the traditional logic of bank credit”.
The workers of Ediliziacrobatica work using the double rope system, which allows interventions to be carried out without scaffolding or aerial platforms. To date, the company, which has increased its turnover by about 60% in the last year, has 81 operating offices throughout Italy and employs 650 people directly in our country, reaching over 900 with franchised affiliates and offices in France .
