Furthermore, to help users solve problems of a technical and procedural nature, the portal http://www.acs.enea.it contains a handbook, answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ), the reference legislation and a help desk to which you can send your queries, handled by ENEA technicians.
It should be remembered that the 65% tax deductions are an incentive mechanism for carrying out energy requalification interventions envisaged by law 296/2006 (paragraphs from 344 to 347) and by art. 14 of Legislative Decree 63/2013, as amended by law n.90/2013.
