In fact, the http://finanziaria2017.enea.it website has been operational for a few days, for the transmission of data relating to energy efficiency measures eligible for the 65% tax deduction and concluded after 31/12/2016.
To help users solve problems of a technical and procedural nature, and unravel tax deductions for energy saving in existing buildings, a handbook is available on the portal http://www.acs.enea.it, answers to the most (FAQ), the reference legislation and a help desk service to which you can send your questions, managed by ENEA technicians.
It should be remembered that the 65% tax deductions are an incentive mechanism for carrying out energy requalification interventions envisaged by law 296/2006 (paragraphs from 344 to 347) and by art. 14 of Legislative Decree 63/2013, as amended by law n.90/2013. These deductions are extended until 31 December 2017. Those in the amount of 70% and 75%, for interventions carried out on common parts of condominium buildings, are instead extended until 31 December 2021.
