Ecobonus 110%: technical requirements, the decree arrives

Eco-bonus 110%: mission accomplished. After the implementing decree on the forms, also comes the one on the technical requirements to be respected to have access to the facilitation. The announcement comes directly from the Minister of Economic Development, Stefano Patuanelli, who signed the provision with the go-ahead from the Treasury, the Ministry of the Environment and that of Infrastructure and Transport.

In reality, the perimeter of the document does not only include theeco-bonus 110%, but also the facade bonus, seismic bonus and in general the superb 110%, which includes all the eligible energy efficiency interventions provided for by the relaunch decree.

In detail, the implementing measure defines "the maximum costs for each type of intervention - it is read in the note from the Ministry of Economic Development – and the procedures and methods for carrying out random checks”.

The possibility of "apply the incentive to combustion cell micro-generators (hydrogen) and it was made clear that too the entrance doors, in addition to the windows, are deductible, given that they contribute to improving energy efficiency”.

With the publication of this text and the previous implementing decree, which defined the characteristics of the forms and the methods of transmission of certificates and attestations, "the procedure concerning the checks and verifications of unfaithful attestations and certifications also becomes operational".

For Patuanelli, the one just introduced is "a measure that has a series of positive elements": first of all, it helps the "productive relaunch of a sector and of a central supply chain of our country, which over the years has paid dearly for all the economic crises”; secondly, “is a social measure, which guarantees everyone, regardless of income bracket, to be able to live in efficient and safe homes”; In the end, "energy saving: the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan has important objectives for reducing emissions. We believe that the construction sector must participate massively in the achievement of these objectives. The ecobonus 110%, the Sismabonus and the superbonus 110% also have this very important purpose”.
