Ecobonus 110%: here is the implementing decree on the modules

Ecobonus 110%: here is the implementing decree on the modules

Eco-bonus 110%: here we are. Almost. The Ministry of Economic Development has published the forms for energy efficiency measures, but the definitive text on the technical requirements is still missing.

In a note from the Mise we read that Minister Stefano Patuanelli signed “the implementing decree relating to the forms and methods of transmission” of the attestations and certifications “to the competent bodies, including Enea, for the energy efficiency interventions of the buildings envisaged by the relaunch decree".

The ministerial provision also kicks off the verification procedures on attestations and certifications, which - we recall - serve to demonstrate that the works have guaranteed the improvement of at least two energy classes of the building: indeed this is it one of the conditions to be met to be entitled to the 110% eco-bonus.

Attestations and certifications may "concern the completed interventions or in a state of progress of the works for their realization, to the minimum extent of 30% of the total economic value of the estimated works”, reads the note from the ministry.

The implementing decree on the forms signed by Patuanelli was sent to the Court of Auditors for registration.

However, Mise himself points out that it is still "in the process of being completed" the implementing decree which defines the technical requirements for the 110% eco-bonus (or Superbonus) and for the 110% earthquake bonus. This provision is more complex because it also requires coordination with the Treasury, the Ministry of the Environment and that of Infrastructure and Transport.
