Ecobonus 110%: banks in the field

The banks take the field on the issue of the 110% eco-bonus. Unicredit has signed an agreement with the National Crafts Confederation (Cna), which has over 622 members, to help businesses benefit from the measure introduced by the relaunch decree.

“The partnership – reads a joint note – also envisages an active role for CNA as regards the provision of technical assistance services and the certifications required by law. This direct intervention by CNA will allow the associated companies that turn to UniCredit to obtain a reduction in the processing times of the advanced requests".

The companies carrying out the energy and seismic redevelopment works, intending to apply the discount on the invoice to the customer, the press release explains, will also be able to contact Unicredit to request the transfer of future credits, activating a dedicated credit line which will close when it matures of tax credits.

Furthermore, for those who do the work (condominiums or private individuals) and want to take advantage of the 110% Ecobonus but cannot apply the discount on the invoice, Unicredit gives the possibility of transferring tax credits to the bank, by activating a dedicated credit line or loan waiting for credits to mature.

“UniCredit, also thanks to its financial solidity, immediately took steps to give its customers the opportunity to take advantage of the advantages associated with the government initiative of the Superbonus - explains Remo Taricani, co-CEO Italy of UniCredit - The collaboration started with CNA responds to the need to extend the benefits of this initiative to the wide range of SMEs, thus triggering a virtuous circle, both in terms of the country's economic recovery and from the point of view of the environmental sustainability of the Italian real estate assets".

Crédit Agricole Italia, on the other hand, has signed an agreement with the National Association of Building Builders (Ance) again to support companies that intend to take advantage of the 110% Ecobonus. Businesses will be able to access short-term loans by transferring the tax credit to the bank.

Credit Agricole has recently allocated 10 billion euros dedicated to loans and moratoriums on mortgages and leasing and is developing a package of measures to offer the necessary liquidity to support the execution period of the works covered by Ecobonus.
