Ardian invests in French e-commerce. The independent investment company has, in fact, announced the purchase of a minority stake in Bricoprivé.com, the leading e-commerce site in France for the online sale of household and gardening products for the general public, for a value of 2,5 million euros.
The Bricoprivè.com community, to date, has 1,7 million users and has recorded a turnover of 30 million euros. The objective of Ardian, which carried out the operation through Ardian Growth Fund, is to support the company in its growth, expanding the business in Europe starting from Spain where it has just launched the local site.
