Ducati Energia ready to go public

Ducati Energia is preparing to land on the Stock Exchange. The company of Guidalberto Guidi, father of the Minister of Economic Development Federica Guidi, was presented yesterday in the Elite program of Borsa Italiana, dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises that want to embark on the path towards listing. At the moment Ducati Energia, active above all in the field of wind energy and generators, has a turnover of around 120 million euros a year, but, Guidi assures us, it is ready to increase its turnover up to 200 million.

“We are embarking on this path – continued Guidi – to evaluate whether we are suitable for the Stock Exchange and if the Stock Exchange is suitable for us”. A possible listing would further boost the company's growth, especially abroad, which already accounts for around 50% of the company's turnover, whose main customers are Enel, Terna and FS.
