Women, Banca Generali launches work-life balance project

Banca Generali launches BG4Women, a new program of initiatives aimed at its female employees and others: it is an empowerment path dedicated to all professionals and aimed at strengthening the increasingly fragile work-life balance in the post-pandemic society. Developed through a process of webinars and digital classrooms, BGWomen will be led by a team of psychologists and testimonials who will have the task of develop women's self-leadership of Banca Generali giving energy and creating empowerment towards the professional path of each one.

The meetings will focus on all the main challenges that the female world has to face today: from the problem of exclusion to the search for awareness, from inner conflict to personal branding and the ability to manage multitasking. They will also be, explains the bank led by Gian Maria Mossa, an important occasion for sensitize all colleagues on what might be the main difficulties that a woman generally finds herself experiencing in the workplace. From an employment point of view, Banca Generali already boasts excellent results: women represent 50% of the entire company population, with several professionals in top positions in the corporate structure.

One of them is Valentina Frezza, Head of Human Resources of Banca Generali, who commented on the initiative as follows: "The pandemic and the events of the last year and a half have put each of our lives to the test, generating a further level of stress on women who still today represent too many cases the weakest link in our society. With this project we want to help our professionals increase their awareness to manage the personal and professional challenges that life puts us with renewed determination".
