In the wake of the tradition that has always seen them highlight Lombard art, i two antique dealers will exhibit some works by three contemporary Milanese artists this year.

I Murano glass flowers by Lilla Tabasso (Milan, 1973), are still lifes of astonishing realism and are linked to the traditional theme in the history of art, of the "Vanitas", understood as a representation of the transience of earthly life in the face of the inexorable passage of time. Thanks to his studies in biology and the extraordinary mastery of the glass technique (worked by lampwork and blown), Tabasso investigates every aspect of nature: from the graceful opening of the buds, to the flowers on the verge of withering, and so also the yellowed or folded under the weight of an insect they are "imperfections" themselves parts of beauty.

Lilla Tabasso continues to perfect her technique, coming to use glass in combination with concrete, to create small installations. He has exhibited his works at the Venice Glass Week in Venice (2017), at the Murano Glass Museum (2016-2017) and at the Pittsburg Glass Center (USA, 2016).
