doBank: boom debut in Piazza Affari

Strong rise on the first day of listing for the institution specializing in services for the management of problem loans

Debut with a bang in Piazza Affari for doBank, an institution specializing in services for the management of problem loans. The share, placed at 9 euros per share, recorded a +12,3% at the start of trading at 10,2 euros and then lengthened its pace and went to the volatility auction at +16,6%, with a final price at 10,49 euros. After that the shares returned +12%.

In a note yesterday the company communicated that, after the placement, the capitalization will be equal to approximately 704 million euros (net of treasury shares) and Avio will hold 43.550.000 shares corresponding to 54,4% of the total share capital.

doBank – reads the company website – was born in 2015 from the acquisition, under the leadership of Fortress, of the two largest independent Italian servicers. In 2016 doBank acquired 100% of Italfondiario. The doBank Group is made up of doBank, Italfondiario, doRealEstate, IBIS and doSolutions.
