Dextractions extended until the end of June next year for building renovations. This is one of the measures contained in the development decree and confirmed by the Finance and Productive Activities commissions of the Chamber. However, the progress of the measure is slowing down due to the obstruction practiced by the League. The two commissions will resume their work tonight and will continue in the night session. In theory, the decree should be fired for the courtroom by the day after tomorrow.
During this morning's exam, some changes were introduced, while as regards building renovations, the deductions were confirmed, which went from the current 36% to 50% until June 2013. The deductions were also confirmed for energy redevelopment costs, 50%, and also in this case until the end of June next year.
Among the approved amendments, the one that guarantees remuneration for energy flexibility services, ensured by enabled production plants (including gas-fired combined cycle plants). Another change concerns the regulation of hydroelectric concessions: the duration period ranges "from twenty years up to a maximum of 30, in relation to the size of the investments deemed necessary". Finally, a further amendment provides for the creation of the Interministerial Committee for Urban Policies, which will have its headquarters in Palazzo Chigi.
