Dividends June 22nd: From Leonardo to Poste Italiane, and from Terna to Stm, coupons return to the Milan Stock Exchange. Here are the amounts and yields.

After May's D-Day, it's dividend time again at the Milan Stock Exchange. Fourteen companies will pay dividends on June 22nd. Here's everything you need to know.

Dividends June 22nd: From Leonardo to Poste Italiane, and from Terna to Stm, coupons return to the Milan Stock Exchange. Here are the amounts and yields.

Monday Dividends return to Piazza Affari on June 22nd, with 5 big names in the Ftse Mib in the running to pay out their dividends. This is Hera, Leonardo, Poste Italiane, Stmicroelectronics, and Terna, to which are added nine other companies listed on different segments, such as Acea, Enav and Tamburi. 

The upcoming amounts and returns confirm the generous dividend policy pursued by Italian companies, with an increasingly large share of profits allocated to shareholders. Suffice it to say that in 2026, the average dividend yield on the Milan Stock Exchange is 4,2%, on a total dividend payout exceeding €45 billion.

Dividends June 22: Utilities are coming

While the FTSE MIB is busy updating its all-time record, surpassing 53 points for the first time on Friday, another round of dividends is coming on Monday, June 22nd. Four utilities are paying dividends, three of which are listed on the main exchange. All dividends are scheduled for Wednesday, June 24th. 

It starts with Hera which pays shareholders a dividend of 16 cents per share, up 6,7% from the 0,15 euros paid last year. After the interim dividend paid in November, Snam instead pays a balance of 0,1813 euros, for a total coupon of 0,3021. Growth compared to 2025 is 4%, while the dividend yield exceeds 4%. Terna On Monday, the balance of the dividend will be distributed: €0,277, for a total of €0,3962, the same as last year. 

Outside the Ftse Mib, eyes on That With net profit (excluding minority interests) up 45% to €480,58 million in 2025, on Monday it will distribute an ordinary dividend of €0,95, unchanged from last year, and a special dividend of €0,25 due to the capital gain realized from the sale of the high-voltage grid to Terna. Combining ordinary and special dividends, the increase compared to the previous year is 26%.

Dividends on June 22: Leonardo, Poste Italiane, and Stm are in the running. 

2025 was a year to remember for Leonardo, also due to international geopolitical tensions and the increase in defense spending established by many European countries, Italy and Germany first and foremost. Thus, after the handover from Roberto Cingolani to Lorenzo Mariani, who has become the new CEO, the company is preparing to distribute a dividend of 63 cents per share for a yield of around 4,2%. Last year the coupon was 52 cents, 21% less.

The Poste Italiane comes from a growth in 2025, closed with an operating profit up 9,6% and revenues increased by 4,2%. So, after The green light has been given to the capital increase for the takeover bid for TIM., the members of the company led by Matteo Del Fante receive a balance of 85 cents This is in addition to the 40 cents already paid last November. The total is 1,25 euros, a double-digit increase (+15%) compared to the 1,08 paid last year.

The list of blue chips in the field on Monday closes with stmicroelectronics which releases the first of the four tranches for the 2025 financial year: 0,09 dollars out of a total of 0,36 dollars, the same amount disbursed in 2025.

Other dividends

Among the other companies that will pay dividends on June 22nd are: Enav, Iren and OvsAll three companies guarantee an attractive yield of around 5,2%. The first pays 0,29 euros per share (7% higher than 2025), the second 0,1386 euros per share, and the third pays a dividend of 14 cents, up 27% from last year.

From the Star they take to the field Carel Industries (0,195 euros) e drum (0,26%), while representing Euronext Growth Milan there are Digitouch (0,033 euros), Powersoft (0,78 euros) e Simone (0,01 euro).

2026 Dividends: Upcoming Events

Dividend season doesn't end here. On the FTSE MIB, in particular, there's another date to mark in red on your calendar. It's July 20th, the day on which Enel will pay the final dividend: 26 cents per share after the interim dividend of 23 cents paid in January. Outside the main list, the coupons will be paid  MFE-MediaForEurope (0,22 euros) e Pirelli (ordinary from 0,24 euros and extraordinary from 0,1 euros).
