Dividends May 18: here are coupons and yields

Nine big names in the Ftse Mib detach their dividends on May 18th. The season, as we now know, was compromised by the coronavirus which led many listed companies, banks first, to suspend the coupon pending better times. Nonetheless, investors will be able to console themselves with the returns guaranteed by some of the giants who have shown themselves to be very generous in terms of amount and yield in recent years.

May 18 can therefore be considered to all intents and purposes the dividend day of 2020. In fact, the coupons are detached by 90-pounders such as Eni, Generali, Saipem and Azimut. In total, according to the calculations of Borsa Italiana, the detachment weighs 0,86% on the performance of the main stock exchange on Piazza Affari which, in any case, proceeds at full speed on the upward road (+1,31% at 11, + 2,1, XNUMX% net of dividends).
