Digital Magics: Tip invests 2,8 million

The company led by Gianni Tamburi has exercised the warrants in its possession and rises in the shareholding structure. 100 million investments planned in start-up, digital and innovation

Tamburi Investment Partners exercised 491.674 Digital Magics 2017-2022 warrants, investing a total of approximately 2,8 million euro. The investment holding company was already the largest shareholder in the digital venture incubator, with an 18% share of the capital. The rights belonged partly to the parent company and partly to the subsidiary StarTip, which, in addition to the shares in Digital Magics, will also hold all the direct and indirect investments in Talent Garden, Telesia and other companies operating in the sector. StarTip now plans to dedicate another 100 million euros for investments in companies and projects in the area of ​​start-ups, digital and innovation.
