Digital Magics has closed the placement of a three million euro convertible bond, which is part of the Aim Italia listing project. The company, an incubator of digital startups, explains that "specialized private investors and some important institutional investors also enter the Digital Magics Angel Network by right". The investors who have joined include the Atlante Seed Fund (Intesa Sanpaolo), Banca Sella and Tamburi Investment Partners.
The listing "is aimed at strengthening the positioning of Digital Magics on the Italian market as a 'venture incubator' and at increasing investments, gathering resources to accelerate the financing of startups in the digital sector".
To date, Digital Magics has invested around 10 million euros and launched thirty startups, creating 300 jobs.
