Digital Magics has signed a partnership with Tamburi Investment Partners (Tips) e Talent Garden (Tag), of which it has also acquired a 10% stake (which can be increased up to 28%) with the aim of supporting its international development and opening 50 new campuses in Europe by 2018. Another goal is to strengthen Italy's largest innovation hub and develop, again by 2018, over 100 new digital startups.
The news was communicated yesterday by the same Digital Magics, a venture incubator of digital startups. The company is listed on the stock exchange, on Aim Italia, and this morning the stock was suspended in a volatility auction with an increase of 9,96%, to 6,24 euros. Talent Garden, on the other hand, is a network of coworking spaces dedicated to professionals working in digital and communication.
For its part, Tamburi Investment Partners will significantly increase its stake in Digital Magics by subscribing to a capital increase, in order to encourage further investments in innovative startups and scaleups and the development of "Open Innovation" and business digitization programs excellent Italians.
