“Italy has what it takes to take up and win the challenge of digital transformation”. The CEO of Poste Italiane, Matteo Del Fante, is convinced of this, as he attended the Microsoft Innovation Day at the Bocconi University in Milan with the CEO of Microsoft, Satya Nadella. Just in recent days, Poste Italiane signed an agreement with Microsoft
aimed at accelerating the digital transformation process supported by the company for the benefit of the entire country-system.
While acknowledging that Italy is still behind in digital innovation, Del Fante explained that our country has "great examples and opportunities" ahead of it and that "it has always shown that it knows how to take on challenges: we are sure that we will make it this time too ”.
The number one of Poste Italiane underlined a crucial aspect of the digital challenge: "All companies must ask themselves the question of how to improve, accelerate and expand their business using technology that was not available until a few years ago".
“This – concluded Del Fante – naturally must be done, as Satya Nadella also pointed out, with attention to the use of data”. The agreement between Poste Italiane and Microsoft is going in this direction.
