Development decree, it is law after the green light in the Senate

The Senate approved with 162 votes in favour, 132 against and one abstention the development decree on which the government raised the question of confidence. After the go-ahead from the Chamber, obtained with a vote of confidence last June 21, the provision is now law. They voted in favor of the PDL, Lega and National Cohesion; the Pd, Idv, Udc, Mpa, Fli and Api voted against. Bonuses for investments in the south, provisions for precarious school workers, renegotiation of mortgages and abolition of the rules which established the surface right for 20 years on the beaches: these are some of the main measures contained in the decree.
