Irpef decree, the Government places its trust in the Chamber

The text has already been approved in the first reading in the Senate, and the Montecitorio commissions have not made any changes – Also today, the Chamber of the Chamber rejected the constitutionality rulings presented by the Five Star Movement and the League on the Irpef decree: the votes 230 were against, 93 were in favour, and four abstained.

Irpef decree, the Government places its trust in the Chamber

The Government has placed its trust in the Irpef decree in the Chamber in the Chamber. This was announced in front of the Assembly by Maria Elena Boschi, minister for relations with Parliament. The plenary session was suspended and the group leaders' conference was convened to establish the timing of the vote.

The commissions referring to Montecitorio have not made any changes with respect to the text released by the Senate, where the decree has already been approved at first reading. Also in that case the Executive had resorted to trust.

Also today, the Chamber of Deputies rejected the constitutionality rulings presented by the Five Star Movement and the League on the personal income tax decree. There were 230 votes against, 93 in favor and four abstentions.
