Another bad day for Donald Trump. The Washington Court of Appeals rejected the appeal presented yesterday by the US Justice Department against the sentence of Judge James Robart, who had temporarily suspended the executive order of last January 27, with which the president of the United States of America had blocked the entry into the US for 90 days of citizens from seven Muslim countries.
The government's appeal, announced yesterday and accompanied by a series of angry Tweets from Trump, was intended to reintroduce the decree that banned refugees and citizens of Iran, Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen and Libya from entering the US .
