Decree of Fare today in the Senate: salary issue for public managers

A turning point for the Fare decree. The provision concludes today the process in the Constitutional Affairs and Budget commissions of the Senate. The landing in the Hall of Palazzo Madama is expected for 17 pm and it is not excluded that the Government may put its trust in a maxi-amendment. The deadline for conversion is August 20th.

Several issues are still open, starting with the ceiling on the salaries of public managers, which could be addressed directly in the Chamber. There is already an amendment by the government on the issue, which however does not fully agree with the majority.

In commissions, on the other hand, the Expo package will be presented which includes, among other things, the reduced VAT of 10% on entrance tickets to the exhibition. Among the unresolved issues is also that of the Ape, the energy performance certificate introduced by the ecobonus decree, without which the sales and lease contracts are void.
