In the latest version of the draft of the Climate decree, the rules on scrapping change, in addition to cars, also cars become part of it motorbike. In 'Experimental Mobility Voucher Program' resources arrive at 255 million. Who within the 31 December 2021, change the car (up to Euro3 models) or motorcycles (up to Euro2 and Euro3 two-stroke class) will receive the 'Mobility voucher: valid 1.500 € for the first and 500 € for the seconds.
The voucher can be used within 3 years also to buy season tickets for local public transport or for pedal assisted bicycles for example.
"The quota of resources for 2019 of the Ministry of the Environment and the protection of the territory and the sea is destined, within the limits of 40 million euros, to finance projects for the creation, extension, modernization and commissioning in accordance with preferential lanes for the LPT; these projects will have to be presented to the same ministry by one or more Municipalities, also in an associated form as long as they are within areas - with a population of more than 100 inhabitants - subject to a European infringement procedure for air quality” declared Ansa.
