The new aids on electricity and gas bills are ready. The Council of Ministers, convened in the afternoon, will approve a decree today, indispensable on the eve of the Arera meeting which on March 30 will decide on the new electricity and gas prices for the second quarter of 2023. New gas bills from April: 5% VAT and zero system charges
