The procedures to speed up the 'debt release' decree continue 'to push liquidity into the system of public bodies, which in turn proceed with the payment of their respective creditors: according to the monitoring of the Ministry of the Economy, as of 4 September it appears that they have been available to the debtor public bodies 17,9 billion (90% of the 20 billion allocated) and that these have proceeded to pay their overdue debts to their creditors for an amount equal to 7,2 billion (36% of the allocated amount)'. Furthermore, it appears that the 4,2 billion made available to the Regions for the health sector are currently being paid to creditors.
