PA debts: Ance is asking the state for 10 billion

It amounts to approx 10 billion of euros the public administration debt towards construction companies. This is what emerged in the hearing in the Chamber on the Stability Law of the president of the National Association of Building Builders, Giuseppe Buzzetti.

According to the president of Ance, the delays accumulated by the PA in the first 3 months of 4 must be added to the 2013-10 billion euros relating to 2014 "for a total - says Buzzetti - of around 10 billion".

The one relating to the payment of public debts it is an issue that governments in recent years have tried to resolve with measures to liquidate nearly 60 billion in current account debt. At the end of September, however, the creditor companies had obtained only 31,3 billion euros in loans.

In today's hearing in the Chamber, the construction companies, through the number one of Reeds, raised the issue by requesting the payment of the 10 billion of commercial credits in capital account. The request to also liquidate capital account debts would cause an increase in public debt and net indebtedness, risking taking the deficit-GDP beyond the 3% ceiling envisaged by the European Stability Pact.
