De' Longhi's first six months of 2014 closed with profit and revenues up respectively by 4,1% and 5,7% – The group shows confidence for the rest of the year.

The first half of De' Longhi is on file, which closed with a net profit of 33 million, up 4,1% compared to the 31,7 million recorded in the same period of 2013. Revenues also increased, + 5,7% at current exchange rates at 700,1 million euro. The net financial position at the end of June was negative by 65,1 million, compared to 61,7 million in June 2013.

Although the consumption trend remains very volatile and the geopolitical scenario is still unstable in some countries, the group has recorded good performances and has a certain confidence for the rest of the current year: "Thanks to these premises - we read in the night - , further strengthened by the launch of new products and by further commercial initiatives planned for the second half, the management believes that the positive signs of the first half can be confirmed for the continuation of the year”.
