The year that the De' Longhi group, world leader in the coffee market, was a positive year. Growing net profit and increased revenues. The board of directors will propose to the shareholders' meeting a dividend of 0,29 euros per share.

De' Longhi left 2012 behind him with a growing net profit. In 2011 the profit recorded by the world leader in the coffee market was 93,9 million euro, in 2012 it rose to 118 million (+25,6%). The board of directors will propose to the shareholders' meeting, to be held on April 23, a dividend of 0,29 euros per share.

Revenues grew by 7% (1.530 million). Ebitda before non-recurring items is 232,3 million and Ebit is 189 million: both have increased, the former by 10,85% and the latter by 9,6%. The net financial position of the group, which in 2011 amounted to 117,4 million, was -2012 million in 92,9 (following the higher investments and above all the acquisition of the license for the Braun Household brand). 

According to forecasts, 2013 will be a year in which the markets will be characterized by elements of uncertainty. According to the note released by the group, the company "although operating in this not positive context, thanks to its strength deriving from industrial know-how, competitive positioning, good exposure to emerging markets and presence in business niches with a high rate of growth, and thanks to the acquisition of the Braun Household business, it still believes it can continue along its growth path”. At 15.47 the De' Longhi share was quoted at 13,2 euros, with an increase of 3,45.
