De Gennaro (Finmeccanica): "Strategic aerospace for development, maximum determination"

"Aerospace is a strategic objective and can give great strength and impetus to the development of our country: the parent company is committed to this direction", said Giovanni De Gennaro in his first public outing as new president of Finmeccanica on the occasion of the launch operations of the new production and technological plants of the Alenia Aermacchi site in Nola. On his job he noted: "it is a challenging moment for me and I will face it with the utmost determination for the best result", recalling his speech 5 years ago in Naples for the waste emergency when he worked "with loyalty, transparency, saying clearly what needed to be done and looking for a point of equilibrium: this is my way of behaving and this I will do, in much more important conditions of responsibility, always with this sense of pursuit of collective interests".
