Competition bill: skips the rule on the portability of pension funds

Twist in the Chamber on the competition bill under discussion in the Productive Activities Commission. Surprisingly, article 15 emerges from the text, the one relating to the pension fund portability.

The rule was practically rewritten by an amendment by the Pd deputy Marco Causi which establishes the establishment of a "consultation table" open to trade unions and employers' organizations to start "a reform process of collective supplementary pension schemes". This initiative will be launched within 30 days of the entry into force of the text of the law.

After the approval of this proposed amendment by the Finance and Productive Activities commissions of the Chamber, the times for the green light to the rule on the portability of pension funds.
