Radio frequencies, patents, repatriations, mopeds, VAT: these are some of the topics of the European law 2014 which the EU Politics Commission of the Chamber has started the examination. The ok from the commission should arrive by 21 May, then the European law will arrive in the classroom.
They are 10 i chapters which the law deals with. Let's see in summary what it is.
- TV, broadband, radio frequencies. The decrees that governed the marketing by us of equipment with the "analogue" technique are repealed. Authorizations for the supply of broadband connectivity services to ships are simplified. The use of medium wave frequencies is permitted for new subjects.
- Patents. For applications for trademarks or patents, the obligation to indicate or elect domicile in Italy is abolished. For companies and professionals, on the other hand, the obligation to provide the certified e-mail address.
- Repatriation. An immigrant who stays longer than the 3 months permitted by law is expelled if he does not comply with the order to return to the EU state that issued the residence permit.
- For XNUMX-year-olds who drive mopeds and mopeds, the ban on carrying passengers is abolished.
- VAT. No tax for shipments of small parcels between private individuals.
- State aid. The establishment of a national register is envisaged to collect information and allow for the necessary checks.
- Maritime workers. A ban on night work for minors under 18 has been introduced.
Other chapters concern the fee for accessing the railway infrastructure, the limit on the advertising crowding of film trailers, the halt by 2020 of local public services that do not comply with European legislation, the ban on the use of nets for trapping birds recall purposes, European civil protection, packaging, the obligation for the Ministry of Development and for Agcom to produce annual reports on online communication costs.
