Mercedes-Amg, the Daimler group brand that builds high-performance sports cars, has taken over 25% of the Italian MV Agusta motorcycles. This was announced by the German company, which however did not provide any indication on the price of the operation.
Mercedes Amg has simultaneously signed a collaboration agreement with MV Agusta for a long-term partnership that will involve the marketing and sales area. Mercedes-AMG will appoint a member of the MV Agusta board of directors. The partnership must receive the green light from the competent authorities, expected at the end of November.
