Boom debut for Cyberoo on Aim Italia. Stock trades entered with a price of €4,53, up 58,4% compared to placement values. 255 shares were traded against a placement that involved 2,5 million shares. The small and medium-sized Emilian cybersecurity company capitalizes on these values 43 million euro.
In the stage ofinitial public offering, Cyberoo had received record orders amounting to 5,6 times higher, is the offer with which the company raised 7,15 million euros. The newly issued shares are combined with warrants assigned free of charge in ratio of 1 warrants (forward contract which gives the option to subscribe to the purchase or sale of a certain underlying financial asset at a price and at an established deadline) for 1 ordinary share.
The conversion ratio is 1 share for every 2 warrants possessed and the 2nd conversion price is calculated on the price of initial public offering. In the first half of 2019 Cyberoo has achieved revenues of 2,6 million euros with a gross margin of 1,029 million and a net profit of 355 thousand euros.
