Investing in the well-being of its employees through "cold therapy". The innovative cryochamber therapy, made famous by the world of sport (footballer Cristiano Ronaldo is an assiduous practitioner), was chosen by Future Age, an entrepreneurial reality based in Brescia operating in the field of risk management, to "pamper" its employees.
The company founded and led by Paolo Borghetti has been involved in supporting companies since 2016, helping them to preserve business continuity and to identify the opportunities that are generated by a correct and proactive risk management activity: to better achieve these results, the manager therefore decided to offer an unusual welfare service to his team of 30 people managers and employees.

The cryochamber therapies, which are powerful allies against stress, will take place in collaboration with the Fisiomed center in Brescia: the treatment consists in exposing the body inside a cabin to a temperature between -85° and -110°; the lowering of body temperature involves the activation of the central nervous system, the autonomic nervous system and the consequent release of norepinephrine.
The benefits are many: from the regeneration of internal organs, to the fast recovery and post-trauma healing, from the lowering of total cholesterol and triglycerides, to the improvement of the micro-circulation, in addition to reduction of the harmful effects of stress. With consequent benefits on economic results, given that Future Age is preparing to close 2019 with an increase in its turnover of 50% compared to the million euro of 2018.
