Creval, 83,1% subscribed to the capital increase

The Creval capital increase concluded with subscriptions for 581,6 million, or 83,1% of the 700 million offered to shareholders. The company communicates this, recalling that the guarantee consortium had also signed first allocation sub-guarantee agreements with Algebris, Credito Fondiario and Dorotheum for another 55 million. Considering these shares as well, the figure that at the moment would fall on the shoulders of the consortium is approximately 63 million.

The unexercised rights, in any case, will now be offered on the Stock Exchange from 13 to 19 March. The capital increase is fully guaranteed by a guarantee syndicate made up of Mediobanca (sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner), Banco Santander, Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Credit Suisse (co-global coordinator and joint bookrunner), Commerzbank and Société Générale (senior joint bookrunner), Banca Akros, Equita Sim, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (joint bookrunners) and MainFirst (co-lead manager).

In the wake of this news, Creval's rush to Piazza Affari continues. Around 14 pm the shares marked a leap of 30% to 9,7 euro, while the sector index fell by 0,111%.
