The capital increase of Credito Valtellinese was fully subscribed for a value, including the share premium, of 699.660.561 euro, without the intervention of the sub-guarantors of the first allocation and of the guarantee syndicate. The institute communicates it in a note.
This concluded the offer under option of the 6.996.605.613 newly issued Creval ordinary shares. In particular, explains the bank, during the option period (from 19 February to 8 March) 9.217.200 option rights were exercised, for the subscription of 5.816.053.200 new shares, for a total value of 581.605.320 EUR.
Creval offered on the Stock Exchange 1.870.923 rights not exercised during the option period, which were sold in full during the first three sessions of the offer (from 13 to 15 March). Following the closure of the offer on the Stock Exchange, a further 1.180.552.413 new shares were subscribed, for a countervalue of 118.055.241 euro.
