Credem, the assembly approves the 2017 accounts and appoints Lucio Zanon di Valgiurata as president. The Credem Assembly, chaired by George Ferrari, approved in the ordinary session, the 2017 budget and the distribution of a dividend of €0,20 per share, up 33% on the previous year. The coupon, with ex-dividend date 14 May 2018, will be paid starting from 16 May 2018 (record dates 15 May 2018); the total amount of dividends amounts to 66,2 million euros for a total of 165,5 million euros of dividends distributed in the last three years. The credit institution communicates it with a note.

The shareholders' meeting also renewed the board of directors for the three-year period 2018-2020 with the list voting system. The new Board is composed as follows: Claudia Alfieri, Riccardo Bruno, Enrico Corradi, Giorgio Ferrari, Giorgia Fontanesi, Luigi Maramotti, Alessandro Merli, Ernestina Morstofolini, Benedetto Giovanni Maria Renda, Paola Schwizer, Giovanni Viani, Lucio Igino Zanon of Valgiurata.

The Group's remuneration policy implemented in 2017 and the one proposed for 2018 which defines the principles and characteristics of the remuneration programs for corporate officers, employees and collaborators of the bank and the Group companies were also approved. The share-based compensation plans for key personnel were also approved, the details of which were communicated on 15 March during the approval of the 2017 draft financial statements and can be consulted on the website www.credem.it

At the end of the meeting, the board of directors met and elected the president Lucio Igino Zanon of Valgiurata. Vice presidents Enrique Corradi e Louis Maramotti. On the basis of the documentation presented, the independence requirements exist, pursuant to art. 148 paragraph 3 of the TUF and art. 3 of the Corporate Governance Code for listed companies, by the directors Richard BrunoAlexander MerliErnestina MorstofoliniPaola Schwizer.
