Cedem will propose to the shareholders' meeting on 1 May a dividend of 0,15 euro per share, stable compared to 2015. The total dividend therefore amounts to approximately 49,7 million euro, bringing the dividends distributed to 149 million euro in the past three years.
As communicated yesterday in a note, in 2016 the group recorded a growth in loans to customers of 4,6% y/y (+1 billion in absolute terms) compared to +0,4% at system level. The solidity of the group was confirmed, with a Cet1 of 13,15%, almost double the minimum level assigned by the ECB, equal to 6,75%.
