The quarterly profit decreases due to the absence of non-recurring items but equity strengthens.

Credem, collections and assets are growing

The Board of Directors of Credemholding, a company that controls 77,3% of the share capital of Credito Emiliano SpA, chaired by Giorgio Ferrari, approved the results as at 30 September 2016.

Consolidated profit amounted to 78,5 million euro compared to 113,6 million euro in the same period of 2015, given that the latter was positively conditioned by the contribution of the profit of the subsidiary Credito Emiliano Spa, which had benefited from a significant non-recurring component deriving from the repositioning of the proprietary government securities portfolio.

However, equity is strengthened and Cet1 is now at 13,51%, higher than the system average. Collection is up by 8,8%
