Credem, 100 young people hired by 2015

By the end of 2015 Credem will hire 100 young people under 30 years of age. This was announced by the Bank in a note, specifying that this growth strategy has already led to the hiring of around 300 young people and 120 experts in the last three years.

The job offer is addressed to both the commercial network and central management and is mainly concentrated in a few regions: Lombardy, Piedmont, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio and Sardinia.

Credem considers the so-called "job rotation" to be important, in fact half of the newly hired branch operators in the last four years now hold a different role at a commercial or central function level.

20% of Branch Managers are under the age of 35 and the average age for this role is 44. Lastly, the institute recalls that training is provided to all personnel through an internal school which in 2013 alone provided a total of 200 hours of training.
