Cracco's is a brand that is worth almost its weight in gold (8,1 million euro turnover in 2017 according to Pambianco Strategie) because it is Italian, because it knows how to invent masterfully hi tech interpretations of superb traditional ingredients, because despite his temper he is much loved by his customers. And then capers, oregano, olives, tomato puree, herbal teas, coffee... the collection is completed by a decidedly... inebriating novelty: the Bitter White, the maison's first herbal distillate made from herbs, roots and copper stills which required a year of trials and dosages for its preparation. The distillate is the first certified organic amaro. Cracco, during the presentation, communicated that professional dishware, pots and pans and textile services will soon be presented in line with the refined settings of his premises and with the need to offer a scenography of the mise en place of the same level as the food.
