Notice of guarantee by the prosecutors of Rome against the Prime Minister Joseph Conte and ministers Alfonso Bonafede, Luigi Di Maio, Roberto Gualtieri, Lorenzo Guerini, Luciana Lamorgese e Roberto Speranza. According to a note from the Presidency of the Council, this notice communicates the transmission to the Court of Ministers of the documents of a proceeding resulting from various complaints from various parts of Italy for the crimes of epidemics, manslaughter against health, manslaughter, abuse of office, attack against the Constitution, attack against the political rights of the citizen (articles 110, 438, 452 and 589, 323, 283, 294 of the Penal Code).

Again the note from Palazzo Chigi adds that the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office will ask for it to be dismissed: “The transmission by the Public Prosecutor's Office to the College on the basis of the provisions of the law is a duty. In the specific case, this transmission was accompanied by a report in which the Public Prosecutor's Office deems the text information unfounded and therefore to be archived".

Furthermore, Conte and the ministers "declare from now on their willingness to provide the magistrates with any useful element to complete the procedural process, in a spirit of maximum collaboration". Subsequently the premier writes on Facebook: “We have always assumed responsibility, primarily 'political', for the decisions taken. Very demanding decisions, sometimes painful, taken without having a manual, guidelines, action protocols. We have always acted in science and conscience, without claiming to be infallible but in the awareness of having to make as few mistakes as possible to better preserve the interests of the entire national community".
