Poste Italiane expands its solidarity initiatives. The company has decided to cut the bonus for all its management and support the institutions and colleagues affected by the virus. An investing decision over 1300 beneficiaries.
After the advance of layoffs for all BancoPosta current account holders or Postepay Evolution prepaid cards, all the company's management decided to reduce 50% of the "MBO 2020" bonus, in favor of the fight against the health emergency.
Also, on April 14, it was signed up with Assidipost-Federmanager an agreement of support initiatives for the institutions most involved in the health emergency, but also for colleagues and their families who have been affected by the contagion.
This is a voluntary decision. In fact, all company executives will be able to donate part of their own gross salary and vacation days. In addition, the company, faced with the availability shown by its managers, will supplement the donations with its own personal contribution.
