SCUDETTO RACE: here Juve and here Milan, the latest from the two queens of the championship

Before the championship for Juventus and Milan, yet it's not so much the field speeches that hold the bench, or at least not only: the transfer market is king. On the other hand, after a Thursday like this, it couldn't be otherwise. Juve dreams of closing the season with the double Scudetto – Coppa Italia, but in the meantime he's already working for the next one, when the big goal will be called the Champions League. The same (aside from the Italian cup) does Milan, who however find themselves having to deal, in every sense. The balance closed once again in the red (67 million), despite Galliani jumping through hoops to reinforce the team with low-cost operations (above all that of Nocerino). And someone murmurs that Berlusconi (moreover busy in other matters) is not exactly the portrait of happiness.

HERE JUVE

Market yes, but don't tell Conte. The Juventus general has only one thing in mind: to beat Roma. That's why yesterday afternoon Vinovo was also closed to prying eyes; Conte is working on tactics and as always the mystery hovers over the Juventus Center. There are two eligible game systems: 4-3-3 and 3-5-2. If until Wednesday we thought about the confirmation of the first, yesterday the second took the lead. At the moment the doubts are above all on the flanks, with Lichtsteiner and Caceres competing for the right and De Ceglie and Estigarribia for the left. Then the full attack is a real specialty of the house, but if it really will be 3-5-2, then the most probable couple is Vucinic - Quagliarella, with Del Piero, Matri and Borriello (in strict order of preference) ready to take over . Doubts that in any case we will carry with us until a few hours before the match, also because Conte will hardly reveal anything in today's press conference (14 pm).

In the meantime, however, thanks to the week free from official commitments, the first market rumors have been unleashed. As on the pitch, Juventus confirms itself as queen in negotiations too: Drogba, Van Persie, Suarez, Dzeko, without forgetting Robben and Meireles, here are the names alongside the Old Lady for next season. It's still too early to clarify, but we're sure we're not wrong if we say that one (or more) of these players will wear black and white next year. In particular, Marotta and Paratici are looking for a top level striker, but not necessarily with the same hair. Didier Drogba in fact likes a lot, above all because his contract is about to expire, even if his agent has declared that the priority remains Chelsea. It is unlikely that this is true, rather the Ivorian seems attracted by the rich China, where his former partner Anelka plays. Meanwhile, Conte has a dream: Robin Van Persie. But it's hard to get to him not so much because of resistance from Arsenal (the contract expires in a year, like for Robben), but because of advances from Manchester City and Real Madrid. In Turin they have already prepared a substantial check (we are talking about 25 – 30 million), but mindful of the Aguero – Rossi cases (which have been talked about a lot, evidently in vain) they prefer to work with the lights off. However, Juventus fans can be sure of one thing: a top player will arrive.

HERE MILAN

From Milanello to via Paleocapa, where the Fininvest headquarters are located. AC Milan's day alternated on two fronts: training and the approval of the budget. Starting from the field, the Rossoneri found themselves in the central Milanello at 11. After having stretched his legs with a 20-minute bull, Allegri worked mainly on the tactical phase, alternating between various players. Finally, training continued with an eleven-on-eleven practice match on a reduced pitch. It should be noted that Gattuso has also returned to working entirely with his teammates, while Ambrosini has continued his differentiated program, made up of running and stretching. Individual training also for Boateng (technique and strides), Pato and Thiago Silva (speed and agility). In the afternoon, media attention shifted to Milan and the Fininvest headquarters, where the usual shareholders' meeting of AC Milan SpA, Milan Entertainment Srl and Milan Real Estate SpA was held for the approval of the respective financial statements for the year calendar 2011, period 1 January – 31 December 2011. In front of 32 shareholders (equal to 99.96% of AC Milan shares) and about 20 newspapers, Adriano Galliani officially communicated the loss of the balance sheet of 67 million. After dutifully thanking Silvio Berlusconi, the Rossoneri CEO explained the reasons for these accounts: “You can't stay at the top with revenues even if we are the first in Italy, especially for commercial ones. The stadium is what it is, the TV rights are sold by the League and UEFA, we have had an increase in the Champions League, but a decrease in the league due to the Melandri law. In Italian football, the big companies lose and the small ones gain because the costs remain, the revenues are divided into the community. And to think that we are commenting on a balance sheet with a Scudetto and an Italian Super Cup…”. Difficult to increase revenues, impossible to do with a proprietary stadium: “What happened in Turin is unrepeatable in all Italian cities and starts from the fact that the works for Italia '90 were done by a private company. The municipality sold the stadium to Juve, we tried to buy San Siro, but they asked us for a disproportionate amount. If stadiums are not built in Italy, without a specific law, no one will ever be able to do so". In this Rossoneri bloodbath, the fans are wondering about the next transfer campaign, which will hardly see top players arrive. Galliani's match will be played on expiring contracts (12 in total), which will allow the club to significantly reduce the amount of wages. Someone will renew (above all Gattuso and Ambrosini), someone else will leave (almost certainly Van Bommel), also the end of loans should not be forgotten: Aquilani and Maxi Lopez may not be redeemed. In times of crisis, the transfer market is done like this.
