SCUDETTO RACE – The latest from Juventus and Milan, between the transfer market and Twitter

SCUDETTO SPRINT – JUVE HERE: Antonio Conte's men have resumed training amidst the enthusiasm of the fans. Meanwhile, there is already talk of the transfer market: to build a Champions League squad there is the Robben hypothesis – HERE MILAN: Allegri is about to recover Thiago Silva and in the meantime he is "chirping" answering questions from the fans.

SCUDETTO RACE – The latest from Juventus and Milan, between the transfer market and Twitter

Between market and Twitter. Obviously passing through Vinovo and Milanello, the laboratories where Conte and Allegri are preparing the next matches. The approach to matchday 34 continues at a frenetic pace both on and off the pitch, and so it can happen that a top player like Arjen Robben winks at Juventus, or that the Milan coach decides to make himself available to the fans through one of the most popular social networks in the world. All without neglecting the work in training, a daily routine in which the two technicians try modules, schemes, formations and strategies to aim for the title. The most coveted and fought in recent years.

HERE JUVE

Enthusiasm skyrocketing at Juventus. Yesterday afternoon Conte's boys trained in front of over 400 fans (!), a real human wall that accompanied the session with continuous cheers and applause. The coach divided the team into separate groups: the first round was up to defenders and midfielders, who faced each other in a small pitch match with small goals, before trying movements, pressing and ball circulation. Subsequently, the offensive players (fullbacks and forwards) took to the field and practiced passing and shooting on goal. Worth noting is Alex Del Piero in great shape (for him many goals) and the differentiated athletic work of Vidal, De Ceglie and Giaccarini. Leonardo Bonucci trained regularly with the group, with the help of a protective mask on the nasal septum, so he will be there against Roma. But fieldwork wasn't the only topic to capture the attention of the black and white people. In fact, since Tuesday evening, Juventus fans have been thinking of Arjen Robben, who after beating Real Madrid sensationally winked at the Old Lady: "At the moment I haven't signed any contract with Bayern Munich, I feel good here but in football you never know what can happen. Juve has a great history and is a great club. He had a good season and I think he's also building an excellent team for the future. I know that I am interested in them and this makes me very happy”.

Important words, which immediately ignited the fantasies of Juventus fans, who now dream of having the Dutch arrow in pink. But how many chances are there really of getting to Robben? To date (it should be emphasized) quite a few, because the Dutchman's contract expires in 2013 and at the moment (as stated by him) he hasn't renewed it yet. The failure to sign puts Bayern with their backs to the wall: either they sell him this summer (clearly at an acceptable price) or lose him on a free transfer in 13 months. Furthermore, the German managers (Beckembauer in the lead) are certainly not making false cards to keep him: after the defeat against Borussia Dortmund (in which Robben missed a penalty), Kaiser Franz was very harsh with the Dutch, placing all the responsibilities on him defeat. Clues that would seem to lead to a break, but it shouldn't be forgotten that a signature would wipe them all out. That's why for now the marriage between Juventus and Robben remains just a dream. Waiting for it to really come true in the summer.

HERE MILAN

Morning work for Max Allegri's boys, who, unlike their rivals, didn't get crowded. The 23 able-bodied and recruitable Rossoneri met on Milanello's central pitch at 11, for a session in which the ball was the absolute protagonist. The team started by playing first 20 minutes of bullock, then a 10-minute practice match with hands. Subsequently Allegri opted for a series of tactical exercises, to then conclude the morning's work with yet another practice match, this time on a reduced pitch. The good news is that Mark Van Bommel and Ignazio Abate have done the whole training session with their teammates, so they will certainly be available for Sunday afternoon, when Bologna arrives at the San Siro. Beyond these two recoveries, against the rossoblu there will still be an injury emergency, which in all probability will last at least until the end of April. Excluding the long-term patient Pato (whose season can already be described as over) and Boateng (suffering from a mysterious pubalgia), all the others who are unavailable should be back within a few days. The first should be Thiago Silva, who however also worked separately yesterday (gym and exercise bike), then it will be the turn of Ambrosini (for him continuous running and variations of pace) and Inzaghi. The situation is different for Nesta, who between now and the end of the year will try to manage his strength, to be ready when the time comes.

After training Allegri went to the trophy room in via Turati, where he made himself available to the Rossoneri fans via twitter. Many questions and as many answers, all rigorously with 140 characters: "Mister, what do you think you have improved in since moving from Serie C to Serie A? Two years in Milan made me grow. Two fundamental factors for working here: communication and… patience. Six days and an exhilarating head-to-head. Wins: the best, the least tired or the one with the steadiest nerves? The team with the strongest nerves will win! Who will win the Champions League? I think Barcelona." Allegri did not miss the opportunity to throw yet another dig at Juventus, his favorite target: "Have you thought about taking Del Piero? Is this a possibility for the summer? Juventus will not let Del Piero escape…”. A phrase that appears full of sarcasm, especially in the light of the latest developments between the Bianconeri and their captain. Meanwhile Alessandro Nesta took the floor and dispelled the shadows about his future: "I'm certainly not going to Juve, that's for sure". For the Rossoneri fans it is already something.
