Korea launches new super missile

On American Independence Day and on the eve of the G20 in Hamburg, dictator Kim sends a strong signal to the whole world, testing a missile capable of reaching the United States. Trump speculates an imminent move by Japan or China in response to continued North Korean threats

Korea launches new super missile

On the morning of July 4, coinciding with theindependence day, Kim Jong-un has launched an intercontinental missile which, according to what has been announced by Pyongyang, would be able to hit the United States without great difficulty.

The missile flew for almost 40 minutes, covered about 930 km and fell into the waters of Japan's "Special Economic Zone". The war instrument would have departed from the same air base from which the KN-12 bomb was launched for the first time on 15 February. Western military sources reveal that the missile launched in the morning could hit Alaska.

The test comes at a very delicate moment for international political and economic relations. Donald Trump had a phone call on Monday with Chinese President Xi Jinping, who in turn is in direct contact with Vladimir Putin. The North Korean dossier will be widely discussed at the G20 in Hamburg.

Trump reacted to yet another military test in Pyongyang with a tweet: “North Korea has just launched another missile. Doesn't this guy have anything better to do with his life? Hard to believe that South Korea… and Japan will endure much longer. Maybe China will make a heavy move on North Korea and put an end to this nonsense once and for all!”
