ITALIAN CUP - Juventus waste and Lazio draw: 1 to 1

COPPA ITALIA - The Bianconeri took the lead with new signing Peluso in the 63rd minute but then hit the post with Vidal, they witnessed Marchetti's exploits (again on Vidal) and were denied a possible penalty on Vucinic - In the final, captain Mauri gave equal to Lazio, also due to a misunderstanding between De Ceglie and Storari - The return to Rome next week

Who hears Conte in the locker room now? Juve had the match in hand, in the first leg of the semi-final of the Italian Cup in Turin, but they wasted too much and let themselves be fooled by Lazio in the final: 1 to 1. A draw that rewards the Lazio players more than the Bianconeri, especially in view of the return to Rome next week.

After a balanced first half, Juve increased the pressure in the second half and found the goal with new signing Peluso who, from a corner, jumped higher than anyone and put Marchetti through.

Juve could easily have doubled with Matri first and then with Vidal who hit the post and then saw the impossible saved by super-Marchetti. Finally Juve can claim a possible penalty against Vucinic. But, as often happens in football, after missing at least three golden opportunities, Juve suffered the prank of captain Mauri who, taking advantage of a misunderstanding between De Ceglie and Storari, slipped into the net.

Now the return is even more exciting while tomorrow at the Olimpico it's up to Rome and Inter to face the semi-final of the Coppa Italia
