Conte between Juve and Inter: the waltz of the benches starts here

We're here now. While championships and cups draw to an end not without twists, as seen from Liverpool's legendary feat at the expense of Messi's Barcelona, the big names from all over Europe are already planning next season, obviously based on their respective needs and resources . And so, waiting to find out who will celebrate and who, on the other hand, will end up with a match in hand, the club managers are working tirelessly to build the teams of the future. Which, logically, must start from the coaches and it is precisely on them, with the exception of a few happy islands, that the greatest movements are recorded.

It must be said that the domino effect will hit Italy above all: in fact, in the other leagues there are many who have already settled the bench issue. The big names in England and Spain should remain as they are, while something could move in Germany and France, however the confirmations of Kovac (Bayern) and Tuchel (Psg), to date, are in any case more probable than their exemptions.

Barring twists, in short, Serie A will move the largest number of benches, triggering a real waltz of coaches. The most contested, also for media reasons, are Conte and Mourinho: the vortex will probably start from them. Antonio he was sounded out by Roma and Inter (at the first, through his mouth, he said no) but, in his heart, keeps the dream of returning to Juve. That would be the destination of his dreams, it is no coincidence that he is waiting for the summit between Agnelli and Allegri before responding to Marotta. The feeling, however, is that the bianconeri will not change, therefore Conte could actually take Spalletti's place, unless in the meantime a surprise destination awaits him.

Difficult (but not impossible) may be the Milan, how long the Rossoneri have now decided to change Gattuso regardless of final placement. It is clear that qualifying for the Champions League or not will make the difference, however Conte's ambitions and Milan's problems with UEFA don't seem to go hand in hand. Leonardo, on which market rumors circulate, would like Sarri but the former Napoli should not move from Chelsea, which is why the most credible alternatives, at the moment, are called of Francis (but Monchi would like to take him to Seville), Giampaolo e Gasperini, all with the dream (by Gazidis) Pochettino on background.

The same names (aside from Di Fra, of course) also combined with Roma, who after collecting the Conte's refusal is considering other candidates. Here we come to Mourinho, the other big waiting to marry somewhere. Portuguese he had offered himself to Inter in unsuspecting times, however receiving a negative response from Marotta ("we want Conte" the new Nerazzurri manager told him). His return to the "parent company" remains a suggestive hypothesis and in football, you know, never say never, at the moment, however, it is more probable that José will consider other avenues, although the Rome idea, evidently determined to do things big, has also been feared abroad (L'Equipe, in this case, wrote it a few days ago).

Thus we return to the beginning of our story, when we said that psg e Bavaria, beyond the official words, they could still decide to change. Squares like this could tempt people like Conte and Mourinho, or maybe tempt someone like Allegri (who, however, will be seen shortly with Agnelli), thus destroying the eggs in the baskets of half of Italy. Two more weeks, then, standings in hand, the big names will move towards their respective goals. Which, in turn, will have to give definitive answers.
