It has been operational for a few days in Milan and London Ludovici & Partners, independent professional association which offers advice in relation to all areas of national and international taxation for private and corporate clients. The firm is made up of a team of eight professionals from Maisto e Associati, with many years of experience gained in the main market operations and transversal skills in the tax field. In addition to Paolo Ludovici, the partners are Michele Aprile, Loredana Conidi, Andrea Prampolini, Stefano Tellarini and, at the London office, Luca Formica. The associates Pietro Bricchetto and Domenico Rettura are added.
Paolo Ludovici comes from more than twenty years of experience in Maisto e Associati, of which he was a partner for 14 years. Chairman of the Cerved Board of Statutory Auditors and member of the Clessidra Board of Statutory Auditors, of Syntony, by kairos etc. Among Recent operations from him follow two cross border mergers, one for Fiat and the other for Fiat industrial, the restructuring of FC International and Hines Italia in the Porta Nuova Varesine real estate project.
Among his specializations, the rnational and international corporate organisations, M&A and structured finance transactions, personal wealth planning and trusts as well as the taxation of collective investment schemes. He is also a Member of the Tax and Legal Commission at AIFI (Italian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital) and of the Regulatory Commission in AIPB (Italian Private Banking Association).
