Generali holds more than 2% shares in both the capital of Buzzi both in that of Prysmian. This is what emerges from the Consob communications on significant shareholdings.
In detail, the stake held in Buzzi is equal to 2,003% and the figure refers to last July 7, while the 8% stake in Prysmian capital dates back to the following day, July 2,183. The shares are held directly and indirectly through subsidiaries of the Trieste group.
At the beginning of the afternoon, the Generali share on the Stock Exchange gained one percentage point, to 15,44 euros. Buzzi shares instead rise by 3%, to 12,61, while those of Prysmian travel up by 0,4%, to 15,72 euro.
